Return PolicyIf it's not right, We make it right! 

We work hard to make sure every customer is happy with the products and services they receive from Yoder's Kitchen  / AmishBakedGoods.net. All orders go through a full accuracy confirmation and product inspection prior to shipping to ensure our customers receive products that properly represent our ongoing reputation of excellence .  

Any errors on our end will be immediately corrected with the appropriate resolution per your request within 30 days of original purchase.  This would include:

  • Incorrect product shipped - The new / appropriate product will be immediately shipped upon return of the previously received item. Yoder's Kitchen / AmishBakedGoods.net will pay all return shipping expenses.
  • Damaged product received (this does include damages during shipping) - The new / replacement product will be immediately shipped upon return of the previously received item. Yoders's Kitchen / AmishBakedGoods.net will pay all return shipping expenses.
  • Missing product (this does include products lost during shipping)  - The missing product will be immediately shipped upon confirmation of missing product via shipping detail information. Yoders's Kitchen / AmishBakedGoods.net will pay all additional shipping expenses for additional shipment of product.
We are happy to work with you in the event you make an error during the order process.  We do accept returns on all clothing & non food related products. We are unable to accept returns on food related products as we do respectfully follow all laws and regulations in place before us.
 
Any errors on your end will be immediately addressed per your request within 30 days of the original purchase: This would include:
  • Incorrect product ordered (non food item) - We will happily refund your purchase price (shipping not included) or exchange the product purchased in error with the appropriate original product wanted once the returned product is received and passes a product evaluation for resale.  Any returned product with damages of any kind cannot be accepted..  Differences in price will either be credited back to original credit card used or additional amount charged will be discussed with you during the return process prior to replacement product shipping.
  • Unwanted product ordered (non food item) - We will happily refund your purchase price (shipping not included) back to the original credit card used once the returned product is received and passes a product evaluation for resale.  Any returned product with damages of any kind cannot be accepted.
Please Note: Yoder's Kitchen / AmishBakedGoods.net may request you dispose of as you wish any food related product which would require shipping back to our location for re-shipment or refund.

Ordering Options - For Your Convienence

  • Online ordering available: Yoder's Kitchen / AmishBakedGoods.net does offer fully secure online ordering for all your Amish Baked Goods needs.
  • Phone orders accepted: Yoder's Kitchen / AmishBakedGoods.net does accept phone orders and this option is available during normal business hours.
  • Walk In orders accepted: Yoder's Kitchen / AmishBakedGoods.net does have a full restaurant and gift shop available.  Walk in orders accepted during normal business hours.

Shipping Procedures - Fast Turnaround

  • Online or phone orders will ship within 24 hours of order completion.
  • Orders will ship via best price either USPS or UPS services.
Please Note: For guaranteed freshness orders shipping ground service will not be shipped immediately when a weekend hold would take place. These orders will ship the following Monday to reduce days in transit. We will check the days in transit on every order to make sure your products do recieve the proper shipping arrangements. Yoders Kitchen / AmishBakedGoods.net can only guarantee freshness on orders shipping Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or be a one or two day point via ground shipping.  Any orders with a three or more day delivery point (from IL) are recommended to ship Next Day or 2nd Day Air to receive guaranteed freshness.
